Eating Breakfast

"They" say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I went years without eating breakfast due to some childhood issues. However, I find that I like breakfast now and it keeps me from being hungry for most of the day. How about you?

I have always had a really hard time eating breakfast at breakfast time. I love breakfast food, but I'm just not hungry until around 11AM. Occasionally I'll go through a phase when I try to force myself to have breakfast at the appropriate time and then I'll have a smoothie.

I didn't really feel much different when I was still a student because break time was abundant. Now that I have started working, I am generally busy until noon and having hungry stomach throughout those hours is really a torture. I feel angry and cranky easily if I'm hungry. I honestly believe that breakfast is important.

Breakfast really is a vital meal but I have a hard time eating it on time. A lot of times I am just busy at breakfast time so I think my body adjusted and I now don't feel hungry until around lunch time.

I have to eat breakfast or I find that I tend to crazy snack the entire day if I do not. I keep my breakfast high in protein and I find that my energy, both physical and mental, carries me through until dinner time, especially when combined with a high protein lunch.

I can never have breakfast as soon as I wake up. My appetite is non existent early in the morning. I always combine it with lunch at around noon.

I, too never ate breakfast when I was younger, just orange juice and coffee. Now, I can't start my day without having something to eat in the morning. If I go without breakfast these days, I get faint and weak. It's essential to keep your blood sugar level up, otherwise, you couldn't perform zilch during the day and may pass out.

I'm the same way, I don't eat breakfast when I first get up in the morning either. I'm not usually hungry till around 11am and that is when I eat my lunch. There are a few times that I will force myself to eat breakfast, however, when I know that I won't be eating lunch until really late.

I rarely eat breakfast because I the thought of eating before 10 AM literally makes my stomach turn. I can usually only manage a cup of coffee, but lately, I have started drinking a protein shake first thing in the morning. I do notice a difference in my energy levels when I do.
