Chronic Pain?

posted May 10, 2016 00:07:05 by JamesG2252
I suffer from a bad back. My doctor has given me all sorts of medications, but nothing really helps me. I refuse to have surgery. I wish I knew what to do to help my back. If anyone has any ideas, I would love to hear them.

There are several natural things you can take that can help with pain. One thing I take for tennis elbow that has helped me a lot is devil's claw. Devil's claw is a tree or shrub that grows in Africa. Doctors use it in Europe before prescribing NSAIDS or narcotics. I have completely replaced Tylenol and Ibuprofen in my house with devil's claw. You can buy it from Swanson's or Lucky Vitamin. Cat's Claw is another one. It's similar to devil's claw, but it comes from the Amazon. It acts in the same way, plus it is a great prostate support for men as we age! You can purchase that one from the same sources as the devil's claw. Good luck and feel better! Let me know if it works!

I'm sorry to hear about your condition. Usually chronic pain has a specific cause, so if you can avoid it you can lower the frequency it appears. I've also heard that doing regular physical activity can make our body stronger and reduce the pain.
